Topic for next class meeting from Narendra    Posted: Sep 17, 2009
Hi Professor: I was just wondering if we have anything called as 'Free Economy', any theories or supporters who say that "leave the economy, it will correct itself, it will eventually bounce back and in the process eliminate the irregularities" - just as we have supporters for 'Free Markets' who want very little regulations and propose for an auto-correction in the markets? We have seen people who endorse an Independent Fed and there are people who want to politically control the Fed. Is there anybody who says that Fed is to much into all these - let it do its job and in the long run everything will fall in place? Regards, Narendra.
